Very friendley bar
We went to this irish bar quite few times on our weeks stay in Quarteira. The prices are very reasonable and the owners and the locals are very friendly. They really made you feel welcome. The young lad behind the bar was amazing as soon as we walked in we did not have to order our drinks as he had remembered what we drank.. Baz thanks again for the sign my husband was made up with it. See you again next November if not before.

Service and quality excellent
There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere in this bar .it is the only real Irish bar in the Algarve.I have visited others ie Villamoura and they are not as good as Baz and Minnie’s..Baz is always their to help others and give them an excellent service.He goes out of is way to make sure you are enjoying your time with him.and is staff are always there to assist and give advise .its also very clean .unlike other bars in Portugal?.He ensures you are getting the best service.. THIS IS A REAL IRISH BAR AND NOT A PRETEND ...

Karaoke Nights were fun as you would get alot of locals in and they nearly all sing , so you get a variety...The place always haz a great atmosphere . Best Guinness in quarteira
I was in quarteira for 18 days and I frequently visited Baz & minnies it is a true Irish pub As a former owner of a British pub for 17yrs.The owner Barry really hits the nail on the head when it comes to running a Pub . He remembered my name only after one vist and I was one of thousands of tourists he must meet each month. He also has outstanding staff Joe the barman a true bartender he made sure we always were topped up we were well taken care of. They have lots of theme nights from triva to karaoke And if you want to watch sports this is your place the only place that showed N.F.L I could find in the area . Can't say enough about this place they made our trip to quarteira so much more injoy able .Cheers Guys

Holiday highlight!
WE LOVED BAZ & MINNIES! This lovely Irish bar became our regular on our trip to portugal. It's friendly, fun, welcoming & they make the best sex on the beach cocktails! The bar tenders talk to you like you've been friends for years and make you feel right at home. I really miss going here and have the holiday blues! It was also only 5 minutes from our hotel, Dom Jose. I'd really recommend going to Baz & Minnies as you'll have the best night! They also do a great karaoke evening. I shall definitely be coming back here!

Being a group of ladies on a hen party we didn't know what to expect, another guest at the hotel told us to go to the Irish bar and as it was only a 2-3 minute walk it seemed rude not to on our first night.....well we thank the guest for the suggestion as we were welcomed straight away and had a great laugh so of course we went back the next night when they had karaoke which was absolutely hilarious with everyone joining in. Definitely worth a visit if your after a good laugh and a drink with a fab host and hostess.
